We thought you would be happy to know, your returns will find a good home through Recycle & Upcycle. Many of our returns are resold at significant discounts- check out our Recycled Returns here and maybe you will find a perfect match!
Upcycle & Uplift: Even better, many returns go to deserving women who don’t have the luxury to buy new shoes. In partnership with “Dress For Success” (tbd), Fundae donates shoes to help women get back on their feet and ready to soar! Our shoes and contributions help women dress and prepare for interviews and to live the life they deserve. To date, we have donated (xzy insert shoe counter here) shoes and counting!
You make a difference, every time you buy a pair of Fundaes! For every shoe you purchase a percentage will go to raise money to uplift women. You can always choose to add a donation at every purchase.
*Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. All orders that are purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded to the same method of purchase.

We happily accept returns and any feedback to make it right.
Simply ship your order back to us (no cold packs necessary 🍨) for a 15% off promo code for your next order as a thank you from us and the planet.
All returned soles will either be recycled, upcycled, reused, repurposed, or donated to our partners at ‘Dress For Success’.

Ciao means hello and goodbye, and each time you part from your pair we do our part to pair it with its new purpose.
Whether it’s by donating, discount selling, or recycling after disassembly, we find a way to refash your fundaes.
Just like Ice Cream, Shoes are Difficult to Recycle and Reuse… unless you can melt Fundaes. But like the saying goes, ‘where’s there’s a will, there’s a Fun-dae!’
Fundae reuses your soles and melts them back to new soles! Circular Souls!
Return Period:
Eligibility:
We love recycling and repurposing, but prefer to do it ourselves. All shoes must be unused and unworn (except for size testing) with all original tags and packaging in one piece…or pieces.
Shoes that are visibly worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return, but we encourage you to recycle or donate them locally!
Initiating a Return:
Say ciao to our customer service team at care@fundae.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item(s) back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. Our support staff will send you the return address when your return request has been approved.
Refund Process:
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
One woman’s shoe is another woman’s treasure. For style or size exchanges, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to find your fit!
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your fundae is damaged in transit or defective, contact us ASAP for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some products are not eligible for return, but we’ll let you know during your initial order
