Resolutions: A Time for Reflection and Roots

As the holidays unwind and we gear up to be back in work mode, many of us find ourselves filled with hope and optimism maybe mixed with anticipation or fear for the unknown in the year ahead. It's a time for Reflection, for taking stock of our lives, and for setting intentions for the future. For many, this means making Resolutions—promises to ourselves to change or improve something in our lives. To lay Roots and design Roadmaps on how we can achieve what we want in 2025. 

For us at Fundae, we’ve taken inspiration from my family traditions that begin with identifying our “Letter of the Year”.  Possibly inspired from my childhood growing up in the 80’s watching Sesame Street and my marketing background of sponsorships….

 2025 will be brought to you by the letter “R”.

Timely and coincidental for Resolutions when we all habitually Reflect on our year(s) past and we Review what we want to Retain, Repair or Revive.

2025 needs to be “R” partly because I need the Reminder of change and challenge, Resistance and Renewal, to continue to build and Reinvent the fashion industry and Remain Resilient!! 

Most importantly "Re" is a huge part of what I’m building to Repurpose fashion. Reduce fast-fashion waste and carbon-footprints. I invented a fashion system so you can ReSHOE and Reimagine your foundational fashion pieces into fresh looks. Fundae is Riveting hardware onto classics so that every piece is Reusable! Completely Reimagining fashion.

And we are READY! Making Radiant products! Ready to give you the ONLY Sustainable primarily plant-based fashion on the market today! And the only multi-use fashion that lets you “ReSHOE” and Reduce waste, Reduce your carbon footprint so collectively we can REVIVE this planet.

It took many, many Risks to get here and there are still many Risks at hand to bring my dream to fruition and thriving and Rewarding.

I will continue to Reach! To be Reliable and Radiant and begin with my first full year that Fundae is alive and Ready to Thrive in 2025! 

We will Rejoice! I accomplished my most important word of the letter for 2024… “L”.... I finally Launched! 

Feels like Riding a Rainbow! I followed my heart and soul and I tried!  Cheers to Rewarding Resilience!

And on theme and in Remembrance I dedicate my first blog post of 2025 to my dad, the Rock of our extended family. Today would have been his 78th birthday. I miss him dearly and his guidance daily. I learned so many lessons and life tips from my dad, which will surely pepper their way through many blogs to come. For now, and sponsored by the letter R, I will Remember his important lessons of Respect, Responsibility,  Recalculating, and Reading.
